A detailed sculpture of a wild boar, its bristly coat and powerful physique carefully rendered, stands in the middle of this inkstand. The base with bun feet is made from ebonized wood and has a shallow channel for pens. Flanking the boar are two clear glass inkwells covered by lift-off lids with stylized floral designs.
