The Adam style is an 18th century neoclassical style. The style is identified with classical Roman decorative motifs such as framed medallions and arabesque vine scrolls. This inkwell #1777 reflects that style.

Tiffany also made a pen stand (#2108) in the Adam style – a rare piece.

Much more common are Adam pen trays (#1778 and #2071), one with pen rails and one without.

Pen Stand sold for $1500 in November 2018

Pen trays sell for around $200 – $300
