Crude 1850’s pontiled, square “schoolhouse” ink bottle from  Cincinnati, Ohio. Embossed on the front: J.J. BUTLER CIN. Aqua in color, open pontil, crude rolled lip, square with beveled roof shoulders.

Sold for $131 in July 2024
