Green 8-sided umbrella blown glass ink bottle with a rough open pontil. The bottle has a nice green color (an unusual citron color) and a rolled lip. The bottle has no chips or cracks but has some bubbles and a strawmark on the bottom. There is a rough open pontil mark on the bottom and a piece of sharp slag hanging down. This bottle came out of a Coventry CT estate and it may be from one of the early Connecticut glass factories – Coventry Glass.
