Measuring The inkwell measures 1 ¼” high by ½” across at the top. Closed, it all measures 5” long by 1 ⅜” across.

An inkwell / dip pen compendium fashioned as an auctioneer’s or ceremonial gavel. It has a wooden handle with a white metal inkwell at one end and the pull-out dip pen in the other. When reversed, the dip pen screws back inside the handle to be used at full length. The inkwell pulls out from the holder and has a screw on lid with a glass ink bottle inside.
