The curved lines shown in this bronzed spelter double inkstand, signed A. Bosssu, reflect the Art Nouveau style of the late 19th century. We enjoy seeing the child’s affection for her dog in this beautifully cast sculpture. The multiform glass inkwells have hinged lids and stems that fit into the inkstand.
