What’s unusual about this teal glass conical ink bottle is that “CARTER’S” is embossed on the neck ring.
Pictures of a second example added. The glass is a deep teal, also embossed on the shoulder ring “Carter’s, and is marked on the bottom with “X”. It is hand blown and has a single ring-tooled lip, a slightly whittled surface, and is full of bubbles in the glass.
