Crude, smooth base, snap case or two-piece mold 8-sided umbrella ink bottle. The color is a rich deep shaded blue teal green. This is a rare color for an early smooth base umbrella ink. The neck is puggy, and crude and the lip is very crudely laid on and applied with uneven glass. This ink has crude glass with some seed bubbles scattered throughout. The base is crude with an embossed X and the number 1. This could be a Lockport N.Y. blown ink.
