A tiny traveling inkwell with floral embossed brass casing allover, and embellished with four turquoise cabochons and a ruby glass centerpiece on the top of the lid. Press the button and the outer lid flips up. Release the inner catch and the inkwell lid flips up. There is a double headed eagle emblem engraved on the inner lid.
