This inkwell is a hand-carved Black Forest creation, designed to resemble a monkey’s head. The craftsmanship is quite detailed, capturing the lifelike features of the monkey, especially with the addition of glass eyes. The top of the monkey’s head is hinged, allowing it to open and reveal a ceramic insert inside.
