This Black Forest hand-carved inkwell features an anthropomorphic elephant, meticulously carved from wood, showcasing the intricate craftsmanship typical of the Black Forest style. The elephant is adorned with glass eyes, giving it a lifelike appearance, and it wears a top hat and spectacles. The top part of the hat is hinged and can be opened to reveal the inkwell inside.
