An exquisite piece of Victorian spelter, an inkwell in the shape of a Boston Terrier’s head. The hinged head opens to reveal the inkwell inside. This piece is made from cold painted spelter and is painted in fine detail, even to shading on the inside of the ears. The dog has piercing orange and black eyes with a white shaded muzzle, and it still has its original chain around its neck.
