This farm scene inkstand features a hut with a thatched roof and a chicken coop with a ramp with rungs leading up to it. In front are a chicken and a rooster. The hut’s roof is hinged opening to the inkwell. The coop’s roof also opens, perhaps to hold a pen. The branches in the rear also would hold a pen.
