These are two versions of the same inkwell. One has a brass finish, the other a natural metal finish.
A handsome and large figural inkwell in the form of a Bullmastiff / Bull Mastiff dog. Made from spelter and beautifully executed, this heavy piece opens to reveal three removable ink inserts. There is a hole running through his mouth to hold a dip pen.
