Tudric is a brand name for pewterware made by W.H. Haseler’s of Birmingham for Liberty & Co. of London, the chief designer being Archibald Knox. This inkwell is marked to the base with the design number 0141 and the Tudric stamp. The number indicates this is an early piece, circa 1902, and comes from the portfolio of designs by Archibald Knox.
