Tiffany Studios turtleback casket inkstand. Bronze inset with favrile glass turtleback tiles. The interior of the lid has holders for three pens above a pair of inkwells. The front central drawer serves as a storage receptacle.
Two examples are pictured here. The first three show an inkstand on display at the Art Institute of Chicago. The remaining show an inkstand sold at auction in May 2013.
