This is a silverplated casket-style inkstand featuring ball feet, designed to hold two crystal glass inkwells, each with silverplated rims. Crafted by Nayler Brothers & Son (S), this piece dates to around 1908, as indicated by the bottom mark design. The bottom of the inkstand is also stamped with the design number “36” and marked “Made in England”.
