This inkwell is predominantly blue with white and gold accents. It includes a central inkwell with a conical lid and is decorated with a painted image of a cherub surrounded by a white and gold ornate frame.

The base of the inkwell is an integrated pen tray with raised edges, also blue with white and gold decorative patterns. The tray has a similar cherub image painted on it, matching the one on the inkwell.
