An inkwell in the form of an Austrian boy sitting with a pipe in his hand. He’s wearing Lederhosen and a Tyrolean hat. His top lifts to access the inkwell. There is a hole in his hat to accommodate a pen.

His hat is marked “Bad Gastein”. “Bad” is the German word for “spa”. Bad Gastein is a spa town in Austria, and this piece is likely a souvenir. The inkwell is marked “Germany”.
