This porcelain inkwell, crafted by Henri Delcourt, features the character Pierrot from French pantomime. The figure is seated with legs crossed, wearing a large white ruffled collar and a loose white garment with blue accents. The hands rest on the knees, and the feet are adorned with black shoes with yellow details. The inkwell is marked with “HD” and an anchor symbol, and was produced in Boulogne-Sur-Mer, France.
