A hand painted Meissen porcelain figural inkwell and matching sander in the form of a boy and girl decorated in chinoiserie. The boy is an inkwell, his head coming off to access the ink. The girl is a sander, her collar perforated to dispense pounce. The pieces are marked with the Meissen crossed swords.
