This Art Deco inkwell by Henri Delcourt features a blue-eyed woman with a large brim white and black hat. The hat has a hole in the top which serves as a pen holder. The ink is stored inside the coat. A little ceramic flower bouquet serves as the inkwell lid. The piece is marked on the bottom in red “HD Boulogne-sur-Mer France”.
