This figural inkwell is designed to resemble an apple surrounded by leaves. The brass apple is hinged in the middle and opens to access the white glass inkwell inside. It has a smooth, rounded surface and includes a stem (serves as a handle), a fruitlet, and a bud (serves as a pen holder). The base features detailed leaves with intricate vein patterns.
