A clear, round inkwell with a lid is part of the design, allowing easy access to ink. The set includes a black fountain pen with a slender, elongated design. The pen was specifically designed for use with the inkwell. The 407 model was popularly used in banks, post offices, and other public spaces where a large supply of ink was needed.
