English Mahogany Standish – Silver Fittings

Measuring 14 ½” x 9 ⅞” x 6 ¾” high (including handle)

Late Georgian (King George IV or William IV) English partners’ inkstand / standish. Ebonized mahogany base with full width and depth drawer with lion’s head pull and handle. The set has two inkwells, a pierced sander, two candle holders, and two miscellaneous bottles with silver fittings (Lion mark). All glass is original, and hand blown.
