Measuring Tray measures 13 ¾” long and 8 ¼” wide. The ink pots are 2” in diameter and 2 ½” tall. The candle stand is 3 ¼” tall.

This English porcelain inkstand consists of a fitted reticulated tray, two ink pots and lids, and a candle stand. The pieces are profusely decorated with delicate, hand painted florals and gilding. The tray, with a pierced puce and gilt border, has raised compartments to hold the ink pots and candle stand. Each ink pot has six panels of hand painted flowers, each one different.

Coalport was one of the leading potters in 19th and 20th Century Staffordshire. They worked alongside other great potters such as Spode, Davenport, and Minton, and created many innovative designs.
