This clock inkstand features an alabaster base with brass feet and ornate applied gilt decorative trim. At the top, there’s a bronze bust of Diana (goddess of the hunt, wild animals, and the moon, protector of women and children). There is a pen channel in the front. The clock itself has a white face with black Roman numerals and hands. The movement is a brass mechanical wind-up. On either side of the clock, there are two stemmed glass inkwells with brass lids set into the base.
