Showing two examples:

Example #1 – This domed reservoir inkwell has a square pressed glass base with grooves for pens on either side of the domed, rib-patterned reservoir top, which is sealed tight with its original gasket. A brass collar surrounds the dipping hole.

Example #2 works the same as the first example. Patent information is impressed on the square base: March 22, 1904, and July 11, 1905 (Patent No. 794,366).
