This taxidermy deer hoof inkwell uses the lower part of a deer’s leg, including the hoof. The hoof itself is dark brown and black, while the leg is covered in light brown fur. Topping the base is a silverplated lid attached to a collar wrapping around the top. The inkwell is supported by a decorative metal stand with a curled design, keeping the hoof upright. The lid is monogrammed and dated “18th Sept 1936”.
