An inkwell with a square-shaped cut glass body with multifaceted sides. The lid is made of silver with repoussé work – a technique where the metal is hammered from the reverse side to create a raised design. This pattern is floral with a face as the center disc. The lid is marked “Sterling 951” with an unknown maker’s mark.
