Measuring 2 ¾” diameter; 2 ¼” high

A flint glass inkwell, mold blown, dark cobalt blue with a hint of violet when held to the light. Most likely sandwich glass from Pittsburgh or Boston. The base and lid have 12 vertical ribs. The lid has a Tam-o-Shanter finial.
