This inkwell is a whimsical and colorful piece of pottery shaped like a clown carrying a geometric-shaped box. The clown is painted and glazed in shades of white, pink, and blue, with a black hat and shoes. The box, which serves as the inkwell, is decorated with blue and white patterns. This Modernist piece is attributed to Goebel D&P (Deutsche Porzellan).
