Attributed to Bradley & Hubbard
The inkstand is unmarked but attributed to the Bradley & Hubbard Manufacturing Company. Bradley & Hubbard, based in Meriden, Connecticut, was a major producer of a wide variety of cast metal goods, including desk sets, lamps, and clocks. Their work is known for its high-quality casting and diverse styles, and this inkstand is consistent with the kind of decorative items they produced around the turn of the century.
