This inkwell is attributed to Carl Stölzle. Stölzle’s Glass was one of the biggest glass companies in Bohemia. Sometimes it was called Stölzle’s Glass Empire. Carl Anton Stölzle started his glass business in the 1830’s, and it was expanded to many more factories in Bohemia. The Suchenthal factory was the biggest one among his glass factories at the end of the 19th century.
