This blue agate twin inkwell has a polished front, back, top, and base, while the left and right sides are left unpolished and in their natural rough state. The chrome-plated metal mounts and lids are hinged, allowing access to the ink compartments. The agate itself has a beautiful blue color with white and darker blue banding, and a central greenish area.
