This porcelain inkwell, crafted by Goebel, features an adorable bear in a seated position. The bear’s friendly expression is highlighted by its circular black eyes and nose. Adding to its whimsical appeal, the bear is holding a small bouquet of colorful flowers in one paw. A hole in one flower serves as a pen holder. Remove the top half to access the inkwell inside. An early Goebel crown mark can be found on the underside.
