This advertising piece was made for the American Encaustic Tile Co. (AETCO) in Zanesville, Ohio. In between two inkwells with removeable lids is the AETCO logo within a circle. The area below the notches for holding up to three pens serves for storage of implements. Two examples – one pink, one blue – are pictured.
