A pyramid-shaped brass inkwell decorated with abstract leaf patterns. The inkwell is attributed to Carence Crafters.
The Carence Crafters were in Chicago. Not much is known about the company that started around 1908 and ended around 1911. The Carence Crafters acid-etched designs into the material leaving a raised or relieved pattern. They did not employ heavy use of hammering at the edges.
