This Moroccan pottery inkwell features a multifunctional lid that doubles as a candle holder. When the lid is lifted, it reveals an interior compartment with four holes for pens and a central inkwell. The intricate patterns and designs on the pottery are characteristic of Moroccan artistry, showcasing a color palette dominated by green, white, blue, yellow, and brown hues. These colors and patterns include geometric shapes and floral motifs. Moroccan pottery is known for its vibrant colors and detailed designs, which are hand-painted using natural dyes. The pottery is then coated with a transparent or tinted glaze, giving it a glossy finish and protecting the painted designs.
