This hand-carved inkstand is designed to resemble an ear of corn with its husks. The detailing captures the texture and form of corn, with each kernel meticulously carved. The husks are artistically peeled back and serve as a pen tray. The corn cob itself is hinged, allowing it to open and reveal two glass inkwells inside.
