A bronze inkstand in the form of a soldier lying prone, aiming his rifle. The casting gives detail to the soldier’s uniform, including boots, pants, and gear. The soldier’s backpack (with straps, buckles, and pockets) lifts to reveal a glass insert. The rifle’s stock and trigger guard are meticulously shaped.
