Measuring Base is 4 ¾” x 3 ¼”; the inkwell is 1 ½” high

The milk glass inkwell with hand painted garlands is Westmoreland glass. The hinged lid is impressed “Pat Dec 28, ‘17” and has a collar that extends over the shoulder of the inkwell. The ornate stamped brass oblong holder features angel / cherub heads at either end. The inkwell is seated in a shell frame.
