This bronze inkstand, designed by Rudolf Stocker (German, 1879 – 1949), is cast in a simple rectangular shape with slanted sides rising to a square domed hinged lid. The inkstand has the mask of an Egyptian pharaoh on the front. The back of the inkwell is impressed with “Rud Stocker”.
