A sitting baby clown with a ruffled collar can hold a pen in his empty bottle. Marked “Germany” on the bottom.
This inkwell is one of a series – cartoonish characters with bulbous bottoms and a lift off top to reveal the ink pot. Each has a place to hold a pen. All were made in Germany.
