A lady figure sits atop a yellow triangular base behind an inkwell with a lid. She’s holding something – maybe a bottle of champagne? The underside is impressed “Made in Germany” and “Dep” and numbered 15029. The mark seems to match a mark for Gräfenthal porcelain.
