Stags head Double inkstand from renown quality makers WMF (Württembergische Metallwarenfabrik), with two facetted cranberry glass inkwells with brass covers. The stand measures 187mm by 112mm and has full WMF marks on the base. Stags head beautifully made and engraved. Circa 1890. Also shown is an example with green glass.
