Description:
- Overall Design: The etui takes on a cylindrical or elongated oval form when closed. It is encased in a dark reddish-brown colored leather binding.
- Inkwell: The integral inkwell has a primary seal with a small cork stopper, which plugs directly into the ink reservoir. This cork is then protected and further secured by a screw-down metal lid, which threads onto the top of the inkwell’s casing, ensuring the ink does not spill during transit.
- Dip Pen: Adjacent to the inkwell, integrated into the side of the etui, is a dedicated socket or sheath for holding a dip pen. The dip pen is made of nickel-plated metal. The pen is designed to pull out directly from this side sheath when needed.
